What we faced
The existing website was built on a dated CMS with slow load times and a generic template. It failed to showcase the firm's award-winning projects effectively and had a 78% bounce rate. The team needed a site that could handle large image galleries without sacrificing performance.
The Solution
How we solved it
We designed a completely custom website using Next.js for performance and Sanity CMS for easy content management. The portfolio features immersive full-screen transitions with GSAP animations. A custom image optimization pipeline ensures fast loading even with high-resolution architectural photography. Three.js powers subtle 3D elements on the homepage.
